STRONG BY ZUMBA

Freedog is proud to announce that we have teamed up with Zumba to bring you their 'Strong' by Zumba classes. Come and work up an almighty sweat to the beat.  Zumba’s new non-dance HIIT workout program: Strong By Zumba. Instructor & Personal Trainer Paul Webb will guide you through every squat, lunge and punch leaving you feeling svelte and amazing! Bring plenty of water, a towel and your A-game!

BOUNCE FIT

Why not try our Bounce Fit High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session, an effective cardio workout which is great for improving fitness levels and burning fat. This is a challenging workout but is also really fun. It helps to speed up your metabolism and gives you a full body workout, burning fat and toning at the same time.

 

STRETCH AND TONE

Tone up, firm up and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom with our Stretch and Tone session. The session focuses on core strength and stability whilst burning weight. 

ALPHA DOG CIRCUITS

Alpha Dog Circuit training is a tough combination of cardio and strength exercises performed with short rest periods between them for either a set number of repetitions or a prescribed amount of time. One circuit is when all of the chosen exercises have been completed. Multiple circuits can be performed in one training session.
