STRONG BY ZUMBA

Freedog is proud to announce that we have teamed up with Zumba to bring you their 'Strong' by Zumba classes. Come and work up an almighty sweat to the beat.  Zumba’s new non-dance HIIT workout program: Strong By Zumba. Instructor & Personal Trainer Paul Webb will guide you through every squat, lunge and punch leaving you feeling svelte and amazing! Bring plenty of water, a towel and your A-game!

BOUNCE FIT

Why not try our Bounce Fit High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session, an effective cardio workout which is great for improving fitness levels and burning fat. This is a challenging workout but is also really fun. It helps to speed up your metabolism and gives you a full body workout, burning fat and toning at the same time.

STRETCH AND TONE

Tone up, firm up and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom with our Stretch and Tone session. The session focuses on core strength and stability whilst burning weight. 

LUNCHTIME FITNESS

Lunchtime fitness includes a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, press-ups/sit-ups, plyometrics, and various types of intense explosive routines. Sessions usually finish with yoga style stretching. The class is designed to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise.

 

ZUMBA KIDS 

Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. This class is for both parent and child. Children must be 6. Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives by making fitness fun. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness.
