We now offer a variety of fitness classes to suit every need. Based on your customer feedback we have created a timetable which is convenient for you and have included the most highly requested classes.

Important info on Strong by Zumba classes:

Freedog is proud to announce that we have teamed up with Zumba to bring you their 'Strong' by Zumba classes. Come and work up an almighty sweat to the beat.  Zumba’s new non-dance HIIT workout program: Strong By Zumba. Instructor & Personal Trainer Paul Webb will guide you through every squat, lunge and punch leaving you feeling svelte and amazing! Bring plenty of water, a towel and your A-game!

Our Classes

TRAMPOLINE HIIT

The best way to start your day is our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session, an effective cardio workout which is great for improving fitness levels and burning fat. This is a challenging workout but is also really fun. It helps to speed up your metabolism and gives you a full body workout, burning fat and toning at the same time.

FREE RUNNING FITNESS

Unique to Freedog Swindon, Free-running fitness is a high octane fitness class based on Popular Parkour and Free-running exercises. This class is designed to improve; agility, explosive strength, plyometric’s and well as dynamic stretching. Our enthusiastic instructors will keep intensity high; by jumping from blocks, to climbing over high objects, to swinging on high bars. 

LEGS, BUMS AND TUMS

Tone up, firm up and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom with our Legs, Bums and Tums session. The session focus on core strength and stability whilst burning weight. 

BOOT CAMP

Freedog Boot camp session includes dynamic stretching and running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pulling rubber TRX straps, press-ups/sit-ups, plyometrics, and various types of intense explosive routines. Sessions usually finish with yoga style stretching. The class is designed to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise.
